These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HiveOpps website, platform, applications, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using HiveOpps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About HiveOpps
HiveOpps is a managed business process outsourcing (BPO) platform. We do not operate as an open operator marketplace. All services are delivered through HiveOpps' internal operational workflows, quality assurance processes, and managed execution model.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Services. By using HiveOpps, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Service Model
Customers submit service requests to HiveOpps. HiveOpps manages task allocation, execution, review, and delivery internally. Customers do not directly manage, supervise, or contract with operators or workers performing the services.
5. Payments & Billing
Customers pay HiveOpps for services according to the applicable pricing or service agreement. Operators may be subject to subscription plans, internal payout rules, and performance requirements as determined by HiveOpps.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
- Submitting unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempting to bypass platform safeguards or controls
- Interfering with system integrity or security
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of HiveOpps or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Users may receive access to confidential or proprietary information through the Services. You agree to protect such information and use it solely for permitted purposes within the HiveOpps platform.
9. Suspension & Termination
HiveOpps may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated, or if continued access poses legal, operational, or security risks.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HiveOpps makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes beyond agreed service deliverables.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveOpps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiveOpps from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
HiveOpps may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction of HiveOpps, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
